Life is colourfool…

Since 2013, The Fool’s Journey project has grown as a living, evolving collective rather than a fixed company. The project focuses on creating immersive oracular experiences.  Understood as a participatory artistic process, the oracle can only truly function when conceived by and for the community. Collective creation is therefore not just a method, but a necessity, being the source from which wisdom emerges. The project exists thanks to the contribution, presence and exchange of all those who participated and continue to participate in its creation.

Conceived as a community-driven artistic experience, the project brings together performers, visual artists, shaman-practitioners, set, light and costume designers, and all kinds of collaborators from diverse cultural backgrounds. United by a shared spirit of experimentation, participants contribute their unique skills and perspectives to create new realities using the “colours of life,” reflecting the cosmopolitan energy and cultural richness of Berlin.

Like the journey of the Fool itself, the team is fluid and ever-changing. Artists join for a single chapter or accompany the project across multiple stages, co-creating performances in both large and intimate formats. Roles shift, collaborations emerge and transform, and archetypal Tarot figures are embodied by different performers over time, each bringing their own voice, body language, and cultural background to the role. In this way, the project functions as an open, interdisciplinary platform: a moving network of collaborators where the artwork is not only the performance, but also the collective path taken to create it.
